Want to put your creative writing talent to the test? We introduce to you, Ignite 3.0's Tech Tales! IGNITE 3.0 aspires to shine a spotlight on up-and-coming writers, to give them a platform to express their talents and their flair for literature; and this year, the genre is Science fiction and technology.

Science fiction is all about futuristic sciences and technological know-how, time travel, parallel universes, extraterrestrial life and anything technology related. Craft your own creative, story, poem, song or haiku and let your imagination go crazy!

Instructions

• Students will submit short stories
• The word limit is 300 to 500 words
• There will be a plagiarism check
• The event will be declared open on the 24th of March, 2021
• Final date for submission will be the 26th of March (by 11PM)
• The submission will be in a pdf form, in a google form.
• Since it’s a literary event of a tech fest, 60% of the story should be related to tech (or science fiction related) and the judging criteria for the remaining 40% would be writing skill and creativity
• The top 3 entries will be awarded. We also have special cash prizes for stories beyond the top 3 that deserve to be awarded!
